Hot & Cold throw?
I very often get asked what the difference is between hot & cold throw, i will endeavour to explain this the best i can , because I'm aware that lots of jargon can put people off buying altogether.
Cold Throw-
This is how a candle or melt smells before melting the wax, so when you pick it up to smell it unlit. A strong cold throw doesn't necessarily mean a strong hot throw, so it can be deceiving.
This can be different & more subtle to how it smells once lit & the fragrance is released once melting the wax.
Hot Throw-
This is how a candle or melt smells when its been lit & starts melting, the scent is released during this process & should be stronger than the cold throw, any scent strong or subtle should be alot more noticeable once lit & will flow through the room alllowing you to enjoy the full fragrance of your candles & melts.
